Can I pick up the items I wish to rent at the Shag warehouse? | |
Customer pick-ups are reserved for established clients of Shag who have placed at least one delivery order with us. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance with full payment made prior to pick up. | |
Do you deliver to residences? | |
Yes, we do! Residential delivery rates start at $275. Your salesperson will provide an exact quote, including delivery and sales tax. | |
Do you offer deliveries outside the SAT area? | |
Shag Carpet Prop Rentals frequently serves customers all over Texas. In addition to our San Antonio warehouse we have our Dallas headquarters that services the Texas cities outside of the San Antonio and Austin area – you can click here to check out that inventory. We also offer services for events outside the state of Texas; however, these are subject to availability. Pricing for out-of-state events varies and depends on several factors, including the distance, duration of the event, and associated travel and trucking costs. What are your delivery charges? | |
Standard Delivery Charge: Monday-Saturday, between the hours of 8am-2am. Our standard delivery charge for delivery in San Antonio within 40 miles of the Shag Carpet warehouse, located at 2100 Mannix Drive, San Antonio, 78217, is 25% of the order subtotal. The minimum charge for delivery is $250. Delivery Charge on Sundays and Holidays, between the hours of 8am-1am Our delivery charge for delivery in San Antonio within 40 miles of the Shag Carpet warehouse, located at 2100 Mannix Drive, San Antonio, 78217, is 40% of the order subtotal. The minimum charge for delivery is $350. |
